Returns are accepted only with prior written approval from IMPEXRON GmbH. No return, refund, exchange, or cancellation is authorized unless confirmed by us in writing.
Because many products are sourced based on customer request, quotation, supplier availability, and application-specific requirements, all returns remain subject to final review, written approval, supplier status, and the terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.
If a return is approved, the item must generally be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories where applicable.
Special-order, custom, built-to-order, configured, supplier-allocated, customer-requested, non-cancelable, or non-returnable items are generally not eligible for return or cancellation, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price, including possible additional costs such as inspection, repackaging, supplier charges, payment processing, freight, customs, or other non-recoverable expenses.
Unless the return is approved due to our confirmed shipping error, the customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, insurance, duties, brokerage, and transit risk.
Return authorization does not guarantee refund, replacement, repair, or credit. All returned items are subject to inspection and final determination after receipt.
Products may not be returned simply because they are no longer needed, incorrectly ordered, not approved for the intended project, or delayed due to factors outside our reasonable control, unless required by law or explicitly approved in writing.
