These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale govern access to and use of the IMPEXRON GmbH website, as well as quotation requests, online orders, purchase inquiries, and related transactions.

IMPEXRON GmbH primarily operates as an RFQ-based supplier of industrial spare parts and related products, while also supporting selected online purchases. Product listings, cart functionality, quote responses, and website content are informational unless and until an order is expressly accepted by IMPEXRON GmbH.

Submission of an RFQ, purchase request, or online order does not constitute automatic acceptance. Orders are subject to review and acceptance based on availability, supplier confirmation, pricing validation, payment status, export/import compliance, fraud screening, sanctions screening, and other legal or commercial factors.

Prices, stock status, technical details, lead times, and delivery estimates may change without notice prior to final acceptance. Any clerical, typographical, supplier, pricing, or listing error may be corrected.

Shipment and delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing as guaranteed. Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability, compatibility, ratings, dimensions, and intended application before purchase, installation, or use.

Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. Special-order, configured, supplier-allocated, customer-requested, and non-cancelable items are generally non-returnable and non-cancelable. Products are supplied subject only to the original manufacturer warranty, if any, unless otherwise stated in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
