Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, IMPEXRON GmbH does not provide a separate independent written warranty. Products are supplied subject only to the warranty, if any, provided by the original manufacturer and to any non-waivable rights that may apply under law.
IMPEXRON GmbH does not adopt, extend, or create an independent warranty merely by listing, quoting, advertising, sourcing, or supplying a product, unless expressly stated in writing.
If a product issue may be covered by a manufacturer warranty, the customer must notify IMPEXRON GmbH and provide the order number, product identification, serial number (if applicable), a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence as requested.
Warranty coverage does not apply to issues resulting from improper selection, incorrect specification, installation error, misuse, abuse, neglect, environmental exposure, operation outside rated conditions, unauthorized modification, unauthorized repair, normal wear and tear, or external physical damage.
Any remedy available under a valid warranty claim is limited to the remedy made available by the manufacturer or otherwise required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or credit.
Product descriptions, images, technical summaries, cross-references, compatibility information, stock indications, lead times, and website content do not create a warranty, guarantee of compatibility, or promise of fitness for a particular purpose.
